Paddy Stewart designs active workshops to motivate people toward optimum performance as team players. Team Humour Experience Programs are designed to be fun and challenging but geared for success. Paddy's goal is to build relationships through positive feedback, recognition and reward.

Paddy attempts to establish trust and create a positive learning environment enabling people at all levels to become more creative and innovative in their thinking and problem solving; more open and inclusive in their communication and interaction; and to become more light hearted and positive in their attitude and approach.
